Alina is a living, moving, breathing example of the positive benefits yoga can bring to your life. It is her passion to share these benefits with you. Increased healing & energy, better sleep and a calmer more peaceful life, strengthening and conditioning your body are just a few of the benefits you’ll receive from her classes. Hands-on-assist, alignment, massage and attention to detail are her specialty. You will be safely guided through posture work, breath awareness and relaxation.

Alina trained in London with Claire Missingham, Alessandra Pecorella, Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton.

She has been certified with Yoga Alliance US as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher since 2011, and is also registered with Yoga Alliance UK at RYT-200 level.

Alina teaches dynamic style in groups and 1:1s.
