Full Membership

A Yogalina member on a monthly payment contract may cancel their membership anytime by logging in to Momence account via web browser and cancelling it. Alternatively, please email our office email address info@yogalina.co.uk to cancel. 

If the contract includes a monthly payment, no refund or partial refund of the monthly fee can be made. The monthly payments will then be stopped at the point of cancellation. 

For cancellations of an annual membership where the full payment has been made in advance, a refund cannot be processed but the remaining months of the membership can be transferred to a nominee of your choice. 

All memberships (including annual payments) will automatically renew monthly / yearly at the current rate, unless cancelled as specified above.  



Class Bookings

All members or guests attending a group class must book their classes via our website or our Momence app prior to attending the class.

Class pack classes must be paid for in advance and are valid for 3 months (Both 5 class packs and 10 class packs), which cannot be extended unless there is a medical reason supported by a doctor’s note.

Classes attended will automatically be deducted from your class pack or your membership allowance.



Please ensure that all class cancellations are logged at least 12 hours before the class start time, this will allow others to take your place and ensure you aren't charged.

NON-MEMBERS - No refunds are given if cancelled within 12 hours of the class start time, same applies to no shows.

MEMBERS - No shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will count as a strike and are equal to a class pass. More than three strikes in a rolling 30 day period will result in an admin fee of £25.

SERVICES & EVENTS - No refunds are given if cancelled in less than 48 hours. 

COURSES - Non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

REFUNDS - Full credits are given onto your account if cancelled within the cancellation policy as stated above. Alternatively, refunds will be processed less payment fees which are not refunded to us (payment fees equal 2.8% + 20p per transaction).


Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.  A valid gift card needs to be presented at the time of use, and mentioned at the time of booking if for a treatment. Gift cards are non-refundable.
